Pantheon's Grand Skyfall now almost impossible to hit with

Please give pantheon's ult back the 0.5s that were taken from it in the "bugfix". The addition of 0.5s to the length of time between casting and landing makes it virtually useless as a damaging skill, because even the slowest character can freely walk across the entire span of the ult in that time. It is basically a short range, mana hungry teleport right now.
