I know you guys are trying your best to balance the game. I know that it isn't as it looks to nerf/buff champions. But please, CAN YOU CHECK GAREN'S STATE NOE? Can't you see his lack of presence in teamfights? His lack of mobility (Da escapes meta)? His VERY high cooldown on his ultimate (160 seconds at rank 1 wth?)

Please, just look at garen's kit. He got a lot of indirect nerfs during the bruisers' itemization's nerfs (sunfire cape for his magic damages on his spin, randuin so he's not the kited machine, spirit visage for cdr) Can you try to make up some changes just to make him viable like Shyvana/Renekton/Jax are?

Garen needs a full rework, because his kit is very binary and lacks any form of counterplay.

Either Garen gets ahead and is strong, and can kill anybody while still being ridiculously tanky; or he falls behind and has to choose between being tanky but dealing no damage, or building damage but getting blown up by anyone with burst.

None of those are healthy states for a champion. If they buff Garen, they put him into state number 1 all the time, and that's just not fun for anybody except maybe Garen (and not even that - I like to outplay my opponent, not win because I have more stats).

So, like Urgot, Garen's going to stay weak until they have time to give him the attention he deserves.

Unfortunately, there are other champions that deserve that attention more, so a Garen rework isn't going to happen right away.
