Zed or Vi?
Im looking to buy a new champ 
or 
. I jungle, mid, and top lane what champ do you think is better and why. Thanks for the help

Vi is a great jungler to run, though zed is a great mid, long as you really learn him well, nothing worse then a terrible zed.
Always pick stile over balance. Riot balance is forever a see-saw... so your best bet is to pick who has the best "feel" and visual style.
The rest will fall in place.
As a Zed and old Vi player, I would choose Zed since I play him more than Vi.. But, I'm not going to give you my opinion since it would be biased. Just play both when they're in F2P champs to get a feel of them. So save your IP/RP for now!
I would suggest Vi because of her ability to carry. Zed takes A LOT of time and skill to master while Vi is a little easier to learn at the beginning (just as hard to master). Also Vi late game can carry an adc on her back.

Personally I think Zed is just a crappy assassin compared to other ones.
Zed, in the current meta is almost useless as i see, don't get me wrong i mained zed most of season 3, but vi is so much better then he is right now, Ult Adc=Win Vi 2014
