I have an idea for a part of the gifting system in LOL. Why aren't we able to send others skins that we already own or perhaps a little ip to get lower levels underway. Perhaps you could be able to gift someone a champion or a skin if they are level 5 or above and they can gift at level 20. This would be a great way to help the community and we could also put up trade offers for skins. This would be a great edition to LOL I hope riot thinks so too.

I would definitely trade a few skins to my friends. I'm jealous of one of his skins, and he of mine, so if we were to trade, it would make an equilibrium! However, you also have to think about friends selling legacy skins or something to that effect IRL, blatantly taking money out of riot's pockets.
