Split Sweeper/Lightbringer into seperate items

Getting really tired of seeing these items be built regardless of whether or not the other team has stealth. Yes, items with map vision help a lot on maps with no form of vision. Yes, the wide variety of stats are helpful in shorter games. Yes, the stealth detection is useful for revealing stealth instead of spamming money on oracles elixers.

But you shouldn't get it all.

If you want the added stealth detection you should be taking a hit elsewhere. One item which can counter an entire of class of champions permanently should not be viable outside that role.

Keep sweeper as is, but remove the stealth detection from the vision and remove the trap detection passive. Then create a parallel of it that grants stealth detection and trap detection, but has worse stats.

Take the stealth detection off of Grez's and Lightbringer. Then do the same thing and add a stealth/trap-detecting parallel of Lightbringer with worse stats. Make it build out of Grez's.

This way you get a choice: Do I want good stats and sight, or am I willing to take a hit from stats in order to counter someone. Right now there's no choice in the matter. You were probably going to build the item anyway, but if you're against stealth you just get the added bonus of stealth detection with no downside.

People on NA actually build these items?

The only time i ever see them used is on ARAM if the enemy has stealth champs because of the lack of wards, i've not seen it built on SR in god knows how many games, i wonder why this item see's so much use on NA but near zero use on EUW
