I got killed by revive on Sunday.
None of this "we know, we want to do something about it." Please just tell us when you're going to do it, and if you don't know please ask a PM who does. IIRC someone already made an awesome mock years ago that people liked a lot. Truthfully, anything is an improvement over what you have now.

I seem to get killed by Revive and heals on a daily basis, but doing 21% true damage to myself was new to me.

Something else... 2356 damage taken in 12.10 seconds, but of course the minion's 45 damage was more important than everything else that got me. :|

Captain Aishi13 votesthe best ones for me were when i was playing renekton with randuins, ninja tabi and sunfire cape, i died in 3 seconds and death recap said that caster minions did 1680 damage to me, and the one where i was playing katarina, and in my death recap, katarina (myself) did 240 true damage with assault and battery (and there was no vi in this game at all)

BastionKross9 votesA rioter went on record as saying that basically the death recap is so FUBAR that any improvements to it would have to be done when the code for it is made again from scratch. I consider it more of a comedy thing to help you get over the sadness of your death than anything else.
-Revive may be gone, but it's ghost is still killing people. -Getting hurt by champions that didn't get an assist for your death. -Getting hurt by champions that aren't in the match. -Getting hurt by yourself (When not playing champs that cast from HP). -True damage being reported as magic damage. -Physical or magic damage getting reported as true damage. -Reports of minion and tower damage when there wasn't any nearby.

Adrian Blackbear5 votesMy favorite death recap most recently was when I had contributed 329 damage to myself (as a different champion). I think I was playing with an Azir or something like that, but it used the Azir icon, my summoner name, and said I had dealt 329 true damage to my death.
And I will never understand how you can do X damage (+extra damage) to someone with a set number for health.

Bolwinkel3 votesI look at death recap to see who is doing the most damage and what i need to build. I can't do that when i get killed by a summoner spell that isn't even in the game. Also it was a 3v2 bot lane. We lost but their adc did a total of 150 damage to me, their jungler did 200 and minions did 150. Their support was a teemo who was also focusing me but didn't even show up on the death recap.

I open it up every once in a while. It's not like the feature is very useful, most of the time I know all the stuff that killed me. Every time I open it up I don't get these bugs, the only thing I get is insufficient information like everyone else. Maybe one in ten times I check the information I get something I wanted to know about.
DrCyanide1 votesI only open mine once in a while too, but I see stuff like this one fairly frequently. Take the screenshot for example. The patch before DFG was removed I saw this, where minions used Azir's ult. I've seen stuff like this before and since, and that's only with me occasionally looking at the recap. I'm pretty sure opening the recap every time you died you'd see stuff like this multiple times a game.
Hint: To ensure you see it, die to someone using the Sunfire Cape.
