Silver vs Bronze?

In my opinion, and yes I'm silver, the majority of players in silver are of the same skill tier as most bronze players. The only exception I've seen is slightly better csing. Unfortunately, even with the vision changes, people still do not ward, and do not ping like they do in upper gold..

Those Silver 5's are only in Silver because they got carried and is impossible to go below tier 5 of a rank. So you're actually playing bronze 5 level players.

Those silver people either got carried or placed in silver and now they are on "elo hell" This means their mmr is really bad and they are getting matched with people under their league. They are pretty much the same skill level as you unless they are duo with someone.
