If you get put on either one of the lists enough times should result in a Ban..
If I put a player on ignore, or mute I don't want him on my team next game. Next game the ignored/muted player should be on team enemy team. If I play solo/duo queues, or in any game. If he gets put on the either list 3 times in one day. well..... Ban. Take the random annoying players to the tribunal.
You will control player behavior this way.
Been asking for this since the dawn of time but riot insists on putting people I ignore on my team then unmuting them to cause a to toxic environment. Then they complain when people get pissed off and rage at someone when they intentionally fuck over their own system they so try to promote as a way of dealing with said people.
Or how about fixing the matchmaking so unranked people cant queue into a gold + game just cause they won some promotional matches and they sit at 1200 ELo until they finish all 10. Or how about feeders being reported actually causing a large mmr decay because going 0-12 in multiple games in a gold + league is not acceptable. Theres lots of things riot needs to do to fix all the toxic situations caused by the retarded matchmaking system they implemented which allows d1 people to queue with bronzes then pubstomb the enemy team, or you lose because the enemy team has less trolls since apparently good league matches are impossible to have now.
