client side skins

The last time they thought about Teemo as a serious Champ, and not just a pet they can dress up like Paris Hilton's dog, was when he was BETA. How sad.

Since they wont make a new Teemo skin. Does anyone have a client side teemo skin and directions/intructions on how to use it?
