There should be a split in Bronze ranked team choosing. There are those bronze players that want to get out of bronze. They have the general mechanics and know how to play the champs. Then there are the newbie Bronze players. The total and complete opposite.
I would like to see a team builder or solo queue that puts newbie with newbies and bronzies with more experience together. Yes we are all baddies but new players are making it hard to get out of bronze.

your two nice i just went from a seven win streak to to games of cancer, it was a mix of bad jnugles fail smiting then claiming to be good and just flat out bad picks lee udry kass are not playable on a bronze level anymore
also fyi for those that havent seen it 
heal slow invincibility and ranged ap... this cancer is coming back thanks to
nerfs and no good mr mid itmes items just had kayle who literally could not be last hit and i forced her out of lane over and over and over and over

maybe use liss who got a q nerf? idk if there is a proper way to pick agianst that cuase i was talon and i got all but the last hit in ever time and of course i had a shvana jungle so i couldn't even bother asking for help that wouldn't do me any good
If you are being placed with "new players" it should only make it easier for you to get out of bronze since they will be weaker competition, in the same way that it would be very easy for a diamond player to win a game if he was placed with a bunch of bronze players. Bottom line is if you belong in any place but bronze, you will get there.
