Got a simultaneous 
Pentakill with a well timed starcall....albeit I was playing AP Top
this was back maybe in the first or second league major updates. i just loved cho gath because he was "the terror of the void" and his ult was so evil, little did i know he was a tank and not AD, so i went pure ad with him with everyone screaming at me why i did and i would get reported, but i ate and ate until i had my full stacks and i had the slow hammer, so my atk spd was off teh charts and so was my ad. i went chasing one after the other feeling like a true terror killing one champ after the other and miraculously my ult cooled before the enemy went into his base and i ate him and got a penta everyone was like WTF A CHO GOT A PENTA???? i was like um.. i assume thats a good thing? i just wanted to MUNCH MUNCH literally everyone told me after i built cho gath the wrongest way possible i didnt know what they meant until i started going pro LOL best chogath game ever!

once and in the two games after that i got one on

. The one on was in aram and they were all low and i ulted after i was the only one alive and killed all of them XD

. I can't belive that I got penta with HIM, because he's SO squishy and easy to kill :P
For me it was , not the fact that I got it, but how i got it. I just ulted and W'd and they were all instantly dead ^_^
got me a penta (3v5) and somehow, I got the kills
got me a penta a while back and it was really close too my second half of my ult got three of them while, basic attack got the quadra and the next basic attack after vault + staikk shiv + spell blade got me the penta under tower on a 
who would have killed me if he landed his stun. :D after that they surrendered for some reason.
My first was 
(ult triple, Q double) in an ARAM, first Rift penta was support 
was by far the wierdest for me. Happened on an aram and 1 Q got the insta penta for me.
In aram, I had 3 turrets set up in a triangle sort of formation, and I died. I just went into my store after that, browsing what item I should get next, and then out of nowhere, PENTAKILL. I was like......wot. Turns out my turrets, which stay for around two seconds after you die, killed all five of them at the same time with their laser beams.

My first was Elise, but my weirdest was ADC Thresh. I lol'd so hard.
Nocturne. My GA proc'ed right after a quadra and their nasus ran up to try and finish me off but I got him. :D
This was before 
was reworked, so he still had his slow on Q and heal on E. I got a pentakill with him on the Howling Abyss. It was before we even got to level 8 and I wasn't building any damage, but I ended getting all of the last hits on champs. We ended up losing the game in the end, but that penta was still weird as heck
in an ARAM. I ult'd and killed three then hit one with my E.My basic attack got me penta!
it wasnt a weird champion to get it with, but 
. it was only weird because i ulted down mid and got an instant quadrakill, then chased lux all the way into her base from ours to get it.

they were all really crazy. I ended with like 3 health at the end of each.

In Dominion, a whole team tried to capture a point while I was alone. I instakilled 3 with ult, got the quadra with Q W, died and the turret finished off the last enemy. It was also my first penta ever.
Support, mostly clean-up.

my first penta was with rengar (even though malz stole the last kill with his void pool).It was stupid cause my team died while i was at blue buff (which is funny cause rengar doesnt need blue and i should have been with the team) and when i came back with blue my team raged at me for not being there, but the enemy was at low health and very closely packed together soooo i popped ult and killed them all.
best moment of my life.
