Champion idea: Majora, The Keeper of the Relic.

I KNOW it isn't gonna be perfect, that's why any feedback would be EXTREMELY helpful in the creation of this champ.

The idea of this character is mine, the name belongs to Nintendo and the creator of the legend of Zelda, Shigeru Miyamoto

Majora was unknown to the world, rumored to be a myth, something an ancient hastily scratched on a wall in the midst of Shurima. All that is known is he the keeper of a relic that can bend the world to the wielders imagination. He was written off as a rant of a mad man and people continued to ignore him, until the fateful day someone returned from seeing him. The mercenary was ranting about a force that was at the entrance to the forbidden sands, warning all those that would enter the forbidden sands, a terrible fate would come. His story begins when his merecany band was hired by the Noxian high command. When they got to the entrance to the forbidden sands, Majora rose from the sands and warned of a grim fate on seekers of the relic, with that Majora vanished in a whirl of sand. Unphased but rattled, the mercenary leader continued his journey deeper into the desert, his men slowly vanished and others were driven mad to the point in which they killed themselves. With the leader, the man that survived and his friend continued. It seems there end was in sight when finally, the temple they had been looking for was right in there sights, at the gates of this temple was the very thing that had been harassing and killing them since they entered the forbidden sands. The mercenary leader and the other mercenary changed the abomination but were cut down. With a bloody blade, it told the survivor, "leave these lands and i will spare you or fight and die in the sands, forgotten". Grateful for the chance, the man left to tell his tale. Majora joined the league some odd days later to tell the world to that there is consequence for entering the forbidden sands.

Majora deals physical AND magic damage on his abilities, so either kill him first or stack armor and magic resist

resource: Wrath

Upon casting an ability, Majora gains a stack of Wrath, Wrath will stack up to a cap (total five) his next basic ability will be empowered giving it additional effects

Passive: Ancient power

Much like a mix of Varus and Velkoz stacking abilities, majoras damaging abilities apply stacks of ancient power, basic attacks increases damage based on the marks on the target (max 3)

Q: Howling winds

Majora launches a orb of desert wind, damaging the first enemy hit and applying a blind to that target for 1/1.5/2/3/4 seconds and dealing 35/50/70/100/150 magic damage

Empowered by Wrath: the projectile flies faster and farther and the blind gains a bigger radius

W: Desecration of the fallen

Target area in a radius causes hands of the dead lash up and deal damage, slowing if the target is in the center of the blast

Empowered by Wrath: Deals more damage and then snares for 1 seconds instead of slowing

E: Bloodied sand

Majora's curved blade turns blood red, causing a bleed to take effect on the next basic atack and Majora gains movement speed based of the marks on the target (With any ability like this, you can activate to double your damage output after attacking since it resets your attack timer)

Empowered by Wrath: Majora can slash twice, the bleed being twice as bad

R: Wrath of the keeper

Channeling for 5 seconds, Majora sends out a massive blast of sand and wind. Dealing damage based on a percentage of AD and AP, said blast travels in a line, can be interrupted by cc but said beam slows and applies marks of Ancient power

Taunt(Majora stands with both hands on his sword before slicing the area in front of him with four slicing strikes)

The problem is that all of these abilities are already on champions currently in League.

Passive- Too strong, especially with a few points in the Defensive tree giving him increased self-healing and a spirit visage meaning kill or assist = instant full heal.

Suggestion - On champion kill Majora regains x% of his maximum health. OR Passive: Majora's abilities on hit deal magic damage equal to 35/50/100 + .4 AP.

The latter would work the idea of dealing physical AND magic damage in that you wanted while still forcing the Majora player to buy AP if they want it to make an impact. You can't really expect the enemy to need to buy Armor and MR if Majora doesn't need to build AD and AP.

Q- This is Anivia's Q with slightly nerfed base stats. If you tell me the concept idea I can try to help you rework it into something you'll be happy with though. For now I'm going to assume you were looking for a blast of sand flying through the air, which would explain why it still explodes on Yasuo's wind wall.

Suggestion: Majora launches an orb of desert wind blinding anyone it passes through for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. At the end of it's range, the orb explodes dealing 35/50/70/100/150 + .5% bonus AD physical damage.

The blind seems to make conceptual sense, it is sand after all, and the physical damage would be due to the passive adding on magic damage to everything.

W- Conceptually Swain's W and practically Lux's E. Had a bit of trouble working with this one, I saw your aim and direction and I do like it. Obvious problem is it should be a snare, which would cause it to literally just be Swain's W.

Suggestion: After a short delay, the hands of Majora's victims erupt from the earth, dealing physical damage and slowing enemies caught for 20/30/40/50/60% of their movement speed and increasing Majora's movement speed for half that amount.

I gave it a bit of a Botrk/Malphite Q feel just to reward Majora players for hitting it and allowing Majora a bit of chasing potential. Of course landing this on multiple people could result in an enormous gain of movement speed for Majora, meaning it would need to be a relatively small area, again more the size of a Nevermore than a Twilight Shroud.

E- Quinn E. With the possibility to have a Renekton-ish effect if empowered. Tell me what you're looking for here and I'll gladly offer a suggestion, but right now I can't help with it, it's literally just Quinn's E. Not bashing it, but Quinn's E is a large part of what makes Quinn, Quinn. Taking that from Quinn is just going to make Majora seem like a mixed Quinn, which overshadows some of the great design concepts you have going on here.

R- This is such a strong champion conceptually. Not "strong" as in OP but strong as in just very solid. The concept is good, if maybe taken a bit from Zelda but with a quick name change it won't be noticeable at all. The story is good, the idea is good, why give him such a generic ultimate? I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into creating Majora, and I hope my post reflects the time and effort I have put into assisting you in creating him, but I feel like your efforts fell short on the ult. A blast that deals damage and stat buffs are nice, but neither of them define the champion, sell him to the player, or really scream "I am a powerful champion and this is my strongest ability." A champion like Majora needs a creative ultimate, something that makes you feel good when using it, and I hope that you put a bit more thought into the idea of the ult.

Suggestion: I have some ideas but I really want you to give me an idea first, it is your champ.

You'll notice I didn't mention Wrath at all. I dislike the mechanic. Honestly it's Rengar's resource. That's the base of it. There are ways the effects it gives can be reowrked into the design, but I feel Majora should operate off of mana. Especially if he's dealing mixed damage.

Majora- Keeper of the Relic

HP: 440 (+80)
Health Regen: 8.25 (+0.50)
Mana: 0
Mana Regen: 0
Range: 200 (Melee)
Attack Damage: 35 (+4.3)
Attack Speed: 0.576 (+2.5%)
Armor: 10 (+1.8)
Magic Res: 30 (+1.25)

Passive: Ancient Power
Majora's spells deal an additional 35/50/100 +.8 AP magic damage on hit.

Q: Howling Winds
Majora launches an orb of desert wind blinding anyone it passes through for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds and applying a Mark of the Relic.

Majora blinks to target enemy dealing 60/70/80/90/100 damage + .5 bonus AD. If the target is marked by a Mark of the Relic, the mark is consumed dealing 30/40/50/60/70 damage + .8 bonus AD. This is treated as a separate spell cast.

R: ?
Majora summons a sandstorm around target enemy dealing 50/60/70 +.5 AD physical damage. If the target is mark by a Mark of the Relic, R consumes the mark to blind the target for 2/2.5/3 seconds and refreshes the mark.

Hey when i read you champion i imagine a sandman guardian style champion. Who has the ability to come out of no where and flank people.

His passive - i dont know what to give him to make it more his style. But i want to say it give him wrath so we know his resource. To get "WRATH" i want to say from his spell being cast or some how over time he get a stack or x amount of wraith. Like a mix of shyvana passive combine with rengar's.

His Q- is like Ezreal. But the first target hit will be blind for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 sec and a small aoe around them with a dust cloud like Graves smokescreen.

I wanted to suggest he fires or throw a ball of sand and it make a sand cloud as he about to go in as a Sandman style guardian.

WITH WRATH- his Q will hit the target and cause a bigger size sand cloud that blind every non friendly units that in it.

I want to keep the theme he is very secretive that no one really know he is there when the do he just blinds them by causing a sand cloud to surround them.

His W - i would like to suggest to say he cause the ground like leona R to cause a snare in the center and slows around the center. With WRATH his aoe will become a snare like swain w.

This keep with the theme he protect what relic he is guarding if a thief takes it he will use this to catch them.

His E - I want to suggest this becomes a passive like skill. He normally dont have a weapon but when he use this skill he pull a bloody iron blade out of his body. It increase his base damage by 5/10/15/20/25, a small attack range boost like about 25 and give him the power to heal himself. With WRATH his blade become much longer/he get a 75 attack range boost, triple the damage boost, and he dont heal anymore he does more damage but it cost him some health to do so. This goes with that if he catches some one but they sneak around and try to avoid him with the relic. He become more angry and reckless trying to get the relic back.

His R - Like sand king sand cloud from Dota but it gives him more power and non friendly unit that in the cloud lose sight around them. He summons a sandstorm at his location and channels for 5 secs and he can move freely with in it. Enemy unit trap in it will have reduce sight, take aoe damage and slows. He can break the channel(his ult will stop at this point) anytime to gain extra power from 3 seconds. This is like Noc ult but in a Amumu ult size are that give him like a nasus boost. THE ENEMY cant see anything inside the cloud that with in there sight but can see out side the aoe.

Reasom/Theme he use his ultimate power and summon a mighty sandstorm to an area. In sand storm u dont see anything inside of it so this reflect that. He made out of sand; and the longer the storm/channel the more power he can take from the storm (nasus ult).

This is roughly what i felt when i read him and how he can be both a jungler type and a tanky top laner who helps his team, but he can do some serious damage to the enemy team when he needs to. Note : sorry i just had to say my thoughts i didnt think it throught it was a spark of the moment of another way you champion can be. Im sorry if i sound like a very rude person, but here my thought ty and have a good day. =]
