changing item 3270 item 3255 item 3260 etc enchantment isnt a good idea for some people like me. in fact, it actually has a bug where it wont activate at all sometimes and now they remove instant restore and everything? -_- help me out here

Homeguard was essentially too good of an enchantment compared to the others. The movespeed combined with the instant 100% made it bought infinitly more times more than any other enchantment. Even though, 'on-paper' captain enchant was the strongest of all of them. They wanted to not only increase the attractiveness of thge other enchants but bring homeguard more into line. Enchants are meant to be more of a playstyle choice rather than a cookie-cutter choice.

At least that was the intent behind the change. Just ask yourself, when was the last time you didn't buy homeguard?

I agree. Buffs to all the other enchantments are perfectly fine. But Homeguard was perfect as it was. It also kept snowballing in check.

I think the "bug" you're referring to is the requirement of having been out of combat for 8 seconds (which you wouldn't notice if after recall since it takes 8 seconds as well). I was confused for the longest as to why I was instantly regaining health after walking on to to fountain.
