I have been wondering, with the new team system coming out, what people think would be viable team comps outside of the current meta. I have personally been debating on trying out an ADC/Support top with the brush changes and putting a sustain top on bot lane to cover for them. I know there are some pretty absurd and strange comps that are available in the new system but I am trying to come up with some strategies to try you that could have some strong results.

Zyorhist1 votesI'm not saying they wont be fun and wont work. I'm just trying to think of some to try out and possibly use in ranked. I know team builder will bring about some large changes to the meta and larger changes to player experience. I'm just trying to come up with some strategic comps.
Solan Stonewhip1 votesdepends on your level of play too. some strategies require mechanics/teamwork that lower level ranked players just aren't up to. when we did our lane swap. the adc was heck of confused and the jungler was all 'they're trying some tsm sh**' people think these strats are complicated. and some like diving the turret, can be due to juggling of turretfire requiring a good amnt of communication that lower levels just aren't up to. and doing it with 4 strangers in ranked, can be jsut as hard if people aren't open to trying something new and it throws them off hard. i mean a sour invade early can cost you a game.
Solan Stonewhip1 votesso, there's nothing stopping you even in the old live SR from doing that. lane swap is a viable strategy. i've done it in ranked and in normals. if everyone gets on board then it can go really well. hell i even went ap mid and went 1 v 2 in bot lane when our lanes all got counter picked. top went mid, bot went top. we stomped 'em because our top lane nunu countered their talon. i was duo queueing at the time and my friend was supporting. we had enough people onboard to make it work.
the brush isn't the issue with top lane. the bigger issue about lane swapping is that it leaves dragon more vulnerable in the early game as they can get more bodies onto it.
there's a lot of other strats available as well. lane swapping can send duo lane mid and that works well in certain situations.
i've read but never seen support helping out the jungle (though i've seen double jungle, it can work if you over extend early. the trick is to play for late game and play extra safe because their jungles will fall behind. support mid lane i've read about too.
team builder will let you try all of these out when it's released
Zyorhist1 votesThe double jungle is one I have done, I was jayce bot and even got fed in the 2v1 lane with no ganks. The only reason we lost was because our junlers were fighting the whole time and not being productive. I know they are viable strategies right now but the problem is finding one that works well and will get people on board. Again mostly im just trying to create some thoughts and possibly things to try out.
