How strong would Season 2's Alistar be in Season 4?

I only ask because in Season 2 Jungle Alistar was nerfed to the ground for being too strong at ganking early game. If he were reverted to his state before the nerfs, I honestly don't think he'd be overpowering in the S4 meta, especially since:

- and have been doing the same level 2 gank stuff for all of Season 3, and they are considered balanced.

-All champions get free wards at level 1 now, which can be used to ward off a level 2 gank

-Alistar's clearing ability was subpar to begin with, and jungle changes have probably made it even worse.

Can we consider reverting Alistar to his S2 state just to see what happens?
