Possible Twitch Ult Bug
In my most recent Twitch game, I ulted and then tried to target the enemy mid-inhib. This resulted in 0 damage to the inhib done. Possible bug.

Yeah, same with the nexus. It's been a problem for a while, as far as I know. Perhaps Riot doesn't want you to be able to damage the entire team as well as an inhibitor at the same time? Not sure, but it isn't fair that they have let this glitch simmer for so long.
I lost a ranked game awhile ago because I was the last alive with 50 health left on enemy nexus, but my ult wouldn't let me kill it, so Lee Sin killed me when he spawned.
I noticed this a few months ago and i think i have an explanation. What happens is Twitches ult turns his basic attacks into a skill shot mechanic. What doesn't make sense is why it can damage Turrets but not inhibitors or the nexus.
This is just my explanation and may or may not be right. It is definatly something that needs to be dealt with by riot, or at least an explanation of why not.
Riot, could you please fiix this bug? its more than a bit annoying.. i lost more than a few games cause of this, especially when backdooring.. it always destroys my mood.:/
This has been the case since S2 and it won't be changed.
Just had a game where we lost because i wasnt hitting the inhib with his ult on.... ended up getting caught because i didnt realize there was ZERO damage being done. Riot needs to fix this asap or if they arent going to for certain reasons, let twitch be able to turn it off with the full CDs after use.
It really does make a big difference in winning or losing the game.
