Un-nerf Bushwhack.

Honestly, the thing I'm most disappointed in with Nidalee's changes is that Bushwhack was overall nerfed.

It lost being an AoE. It has significantly worse damage (going from monstrous resist shred+good scaling to no shred and god-awful scaling) unless it's on something like 3k HP and no MR items. It remains essentially impossible to use offensively because of the lengthy arming time - the only way to actually pick a champion and hit them with it is if someone uses very strong CC on them.

The biggest upside to the changes is that it applies Hunt. For 4 seconds. If you're using it for the only thing it's currently good for (map control) whoever trips it probably isn't close enough to get onto in time and if they are they probably have allies nearby making going in unattractive (and unlike Javelin, they aren't down any amount of HP worth mentioning to where you can threaten lethal/non-lethal with your combo). In lane, the only hits your likely to get are against incoming junglers (so you move back) or utterly unattentive opponents (who you should beat regardless). Out of lane, you'll mainly get hits halfway across the map, because it's impossible to use it when chasing or to initiate, it's useless when retreating because it has pathetic damage...

Honestly, Bushwhack has always been not particularly useful beyond its scouting ability, but at least the old one could be dropped into a teamfight and threaten someone with the shred and damage that they might be blown up. Now? It'll probably apply on a minion and be totally wasted because it only hits one target.

Give it back some damage (doing 20% current health over 4 seconds is pathetic after MR and is only even significant against full-health enemies), and for the love of god slash the arming time. It should be closer to something like Karthus's Q in time between cast and going off - enough time to get out when paying attention but not so long that you could have it placed beneath you while CC'd, and still have time for the CC to wear off and walk out of its radius before it actually arms. It absolutely needs to have some kind of usability during a fight, but right now it's just a waste of the animation time to cast it that you could have used on Q or E or R.

I believe with the relatively low cool down times and the additional CDR you can receive, mid should not be able to aniahlate someone just with the bushwacks. That is why I do not see a buff anytime soon.

To expand on what the last person said, it isnt an early game ability. Since its almost critical to max your heal second, you cannot benefit from the lower cooldowns on bushwack till later levels (something I think they are remedying (bringing base CD to much lower at level 1)) but once its maxed, you should be able to cover entire lanes and areas setting up a zone of control and if someone moves through a trap you have an opurtunity to punish them!

I personally think a .5 second faster activation would be amazing, but it doesnt bother me too much!

(btw i played alot of nidalee, and still do after the patch)
