Frozen heart should reduce only BONUS attack speed

Why? Because its screwing over champions who do not buy attack speed. Take tanks for instance Nautilus. Giant dude wielding a giant Anchor. Builds tanky cd to utilize his amazing cc. Why should he be punished because the enemy team decided to buy attack speed items.

What about supports like Sona who need to land the right powerchord? Why should they be punished because their team is building high attack speed items

Mages like Twisted Fate and Kennen who need to land a key auto attack with their low attack range to land their combo shouldn't also be punished for the same reasons.

Frozen heart has a range and it typically only effects champs in close proximity to the champion who has frozen heart. So unless they're close enough to that frozen heart they're unaffected. Even if they are affected they aren't effected like champs who have built attack speed.

Every champ gets bonus attack speed per level anyways - so it would still effect them. Besides, 15% attack speed loss on Sona (who will auto infrequently) vs. 15% attack speed loss on Vayne (who will lose out on TONS of damage due to how often she autos) means absolutely nothing for Sona.

thats mostly a QQ post there OP sona doesnt AA much besides to powerchord so it wont effect her much not to mention she wont be in range most of the time for frozen heart to effect her! and that tanky jungler wont have a high attack speed anyways so its not much of a change for them either! Volitankbeargo! he's ment to tank the shit out of the other team while Q throwing important targets and E slowing the team with a nice 15% attack speed buff built into his W so it evens out! :)
