Riot and Community, Could We Talk About Gragas?

Are you OK with where he stands at the moment? Do you think he should be a burst mage or a tank? Does he work thematically as a whole? Do you only have a drinking problem when you spill your drink?

I think Gragas should fit that "tanky burst mage" theme, being a big fat drunk man and all. He currently does it quite well. That being said, I think he's too strong atm.

This is how I would fix him :

A) Remove the AS reduction on his Q. Like really? It already does lots of damage over a safe distance. There is no need for that additional invisible power.

B) Reduce the AP ratio and the base of his R a bit. Being a very fast AoE knockback, I think the damage on it is too high.

C) Reduce the % damage reduction on W a bit and/or the duration. 18% less damage from everything at rank 5 for over 10 seconds is a lot. Combined with the health from his passive, I believe he's too durable.

Aside from balance issues, I think Gragas should stay as he is. His kit fits him.
