Tanky damage dealers are way too powerful right now

Any champion that can tank up and deal immense amounts of damage are nearly invincible in the current meta. They survive all the damage dished out to them and deal insane amounts back. They have no counter because of the lack of % based items besides bork and liandrys (which are mediocre compared to the old % based items). They can shut down adc's, mages, assassins, or anything else they get near and its killing the whole champion pool and forcing people to use tanky damage dealers so theyre not used against them.
