Rebalance cost of jungle items

Right now, Wriggles is much cheaper than spirit stone items, which leads to it piling free gold on faster than them.

I'd suggest bringing the final cost in line with the rest of the set - bump up the final combine cost to make it a flat 2k total gold. I don't even know that the stats necessarily need increasing in doing so, since it's already very efficient.

Edit: Alternatively, reduce the costs of the spirit stone items (while maintaining stats). I mean, Wriggles has been nerfed hard multiple patches in a row now and it still feels like it beats spirit stone items at every stage of the game - rendering the vast majority of junglers irrelevant.
