Dodge penalty information

We need a display that shows dodge penalty status, just like the first win of the day timer. Why is this important, you ask? Well let's go with a story.

Yesterday, in the course of play, I had a bad lobby. 2 people arguing about who got to go top, the usual. Textbook case of when to dodge a ranked match. These two people had both locked top and were going to throw the game rather than work together. So I dodged, waited out my 5 min, and went back in and kept playing. The following morning, on first queuing, one of the people in my ranked lobby locked Kayle, then declared that they meant to lock Katarina and could someone please dodge (the person locked with over 15s on the clock, but apparently looking to make sure of who you have is too much effort for a ranked match). Thinking "it's the next day, I can dodge again", I left the match. But instead of losing 5min and 3 LP, I logged back in and saw that I had a 30min penalty and was down 10LP, MORE TIME THAN I WOULD HAVE LOST FOR PLAYING AND INEVITABLY LOSING THE MATCH (bad player had declared he would AFK since he couldn't play Kayle).

So the issue is, how am I to know when it is safe to dodge bad situations and when it is more worth it to just play out the match and take the loss? There is no indicator anywhere as to what my dodge status is. Am I supposed to sit here with a timer running all the time marking off how long it's been since I was last forced to dodge? How long do I even set the timer for?

Dodging is a necessary evil. Sometime you get into a lobby and people are doing bad things. Without the right to dodge, many games would have multiple AFKers or massive rage. And having a penalty so people don't just leave freely if they don't get the champ they wanted is also a necessary evil. But we need to have the information to manage our dodges. Expecting us to never dodge or to magically know when it will cost more than losing is unreasonable. Just as we have a first win of the day timer, we need a dodge timer, clearly visible, to help us manage our self-protection.

No, the best way is to have a vote system to disband the team.
