Kass

For starters, I like the changes a lot because he's not insanely overpowered with the silence-slow-teleport-on-you combo, and he doesn't counter every AP mid lane anymore. I like the Q changes a lot with the morg-like spell shield and that it can interrupt channels. However, I feel that at the end of the game with 6 items, he just doesn't do enough damage. He can't burst anyone down initially, and I think this is due to the fact his base damage and/or his scaling is not very good at all. In comparison, his scaling and base damage in that of a S4 support. Maybe this is what is intended- to prevent him from bursting people down so easily?
