Reworks
When will the reworks on Xerath and Skarner be avaliable!? I was looking forward to trying them out, but never got the chance to. If they aren't getting reworked, why did they trash it? Thanks!

Still in testing.
There's a lot of reworking to be done and its remarkable enough they're keeping to their deadlines with the periodical releases.
