Yasuo's W still blocks turret shots; I don't know if that's suppose to happen, but it would be really OP if it did. Also, does his W reflect shots? I was playing a game and morgana launched a binding and it reflected and hit a minion! That'd be pretty cool even if it was a bug!
While the reflection may have been fun it would make your skill a possible hazard in team fights rather than simply absorbing the damage. It may be intentional or a pre release glitch. I'm sure the turret blocks are a bug due to their purpose to protect and dish out damage to champions who overextend.
