@ Riot: Miss Fortune Quick Fix

Miss Fortune is a very fun ADC, but she has had a glaring issue that still was not fixed to modernize her to the Season 4 play style.

I want to say thank you for the fixes you did do to her as it has done so much to help her become playable, however, ADC champions need some sort of disengage on all of them to be viable in Season 4 and beyond. Too many Champions have way too many gap closing and it is too easy to focus down champions that have 0 escape or cc removal (slow removal).

Proposed MF Change: (E) Make it Rain: Change the ability to be a cone slow (like Ashes) and make it so if you hold the E longer, it will launch you 400 range backwards; similar to how Vi can hold her (Q) Vault Breaker to launch her self forward. Have MF able to move/run while holding the E so that she can still use her passive to her advantage and still get that back push effect.

If you did this for MF, she will be apart of the Season 4 ADC discussion. Right now in Season 4, there are 3 very common ADC's: Twitch Caitlyn Lucian

Other ADC that are seldom used but have seen appearance, based on their region: Corki Vayne Tristana Ashe

You gave MF a great rework and I love it, she just needs this last glaring issue to make her viable to be apart of the discussion for Season 4 ADC picks.

Miss Fortune's escape is her passive. Quick reflexes, and you'll be able to clear out of places other ADCs would have to use abilities for (Caitlyn, Twitch, and Graves for example), or the other adcs that don't have escape options would just get melted in (Ashe, Ashe, and Ashe for example.)

I'm a little confused as to why you would want this change... The Make It Rain is a huge AoE slow, why would you need MF to knock herself back when she has this? Also, by doing this, the ability's name becomes incoherent because she is no longer making it rain. You always save the MIR for when you need to get away and have mad money drop all over your enemies' faces. I really don't think MF needs this. Also, Twitch is only apart of the discussion because of his VU, not because of some sudden change in his gameplay. You also forgot Ezreal (who pairs well with Braum and Leona).

Movement spells aren't what is keeping ADCs down right now. What's keeping them down is laning phase problems presented by a very high gate-way established by early game champs like Caitlyn, Lucian and Twitch.

I mean, hell, look at Twitch. He's strong, strong enough that people are saying "we don't know why he wasn't making a splash in the pro scene earlier", and he has no escape. Earlier this season, we had Jinx and Sivir as dominant picks, again, both with no escapes.

I don't think MF needs a dash, and I very much don't think now is a good time to discuss that thought, because right now, what an ADC needs is to survive the lane bully ADCs.
