MF is by far the worst ADC currently in the game

This champion was once a good pick. She had good poke and damage. I have now played a few games with her and she has half her damage she once had back in the ADC rework. Her passive is by far the weakest part. She really needs to have her Base AD increased. There is no reason for MF to have a base AD of 46 at level 1. The next lowest base AD of an ADC is Jhin at 53. MF needs to have a base AD increase to 50+ and her passive needs a buff. The rest of her kit seems fine, but this lack luster damage she pulls is retarded.

MF is generally strong. She got her ratios nerfed from the ADC update because she was WAAAAY overturned. Now she's still in a really good spot. She's a high damage, multi target immobile adc.

Her base damage is so low because her passive scales up to 100% total AD so it forces you to build damage because it effectively double the damage of your first hit. Also her Q would be BROKEN if she could build TF due to high bases.

He is obviously bad at using double up and teamwork. MF is reliant on being skilled with both.
