Quinn Q and AA bug

So I am about to reach level 5 quinn. One of the most frustrating bugs that have not been addressed on Quinn is the Q AA to proc the passive. When I use my E and AA, it will proc the passive. However, When I shoot my Q and follow it up with my AA, the arrow is mid flight when passive is on target. However, the passive wont proc until next AA. This is a huge anti trade mechanic for Quinn as she doesn't do top end damage late mid to late game and requires to win lanes to address her weak later game.

If the passive can be made to proc when ever the next AA hits, this would address this bug and allow her to proc her passive properly. It feels she has to use an AA after she has the target marked. Which by default forces 2 AA to proc a passive from Q as the Q is not instant.

This is how Harrier has worked as long as I can recall. The mark needs to be in place before your AA animation begins. If you aren't going to get 2 AA off, you should wait before initiating your AA to avoid this problem. Sure it would be a nice QoL change, but I wouldn't call it a bug per se.

On the flip side, you may or may not be able to get a proc as Harrier mark is disappearing if your AA started before the mark faded.
