Define "soon" because Riot promised us a new Passive for Lissandra a really long time ago, their last attempt at a new Passive was on March 24th 2017. Then this year about 3 Months ago, in July they gave us a quick look at what they are trying out, and they still have no news on whether it's going to be released on live servers or not.
