Does anyone else think Garen is busted?

Besides Garen's completely noob mechanics does anyone else think Garen is busted. It seems even the noobiest of noobs can be effective with Garen. He has a strong early game and with his armor build, health regen, and speed boosts, he is nearly impossible to kill late game even with cc. As a Lux I can land a full combo on him, which he just tanks, after which he just runs me down and uber smites me. It seems like you need to at least 2v1 him at any point in the game to kill him.

Anyone else feel like he's busted? What's the strategy to deal with him, especially in solo queue where coordinating with your team is difficult?

Not particularly, it sounds more like you keep trying to duel him in the early lane with a champion that doesn't exceel in lane bullying as much as him.

countless times i've been dealing with garen. he is a tank that deals damage a adc would deal and that's not right. if i were you just play ranked and ban him because that's the only way to deal with him.
