What do you do with trolls, especially when Riot seems to encourage this behavior?

Many will argue about what is troll behavior. In my opinion anything done to intentionally lose a game is troll behavior. As an example let's say you had a Lux support that "built full AP and farmed bot lane then rotated mid to take your farm." Unfortunately the geniuses at Riot don't GAF about this behavior. This makes me so mad. I'm stuck with this POS for 30+ minutes because of course they are duoing with the adc who built spell thief's. The only thing I have left at this point is to vent my frustration and flame these a$$holes like they deserve. But of course I get banned while they are free to just carry on their merry way trolling on and on. Also had a Lee Sin who int'd in my lane then said "I hate N###ers" which also infuriated me, and this game was actually included in my chat restriction report. Why are the people at Riot such pieces of sh#t when it comes to people expressing their frustration but do absolutely nothing to limit the type of behavior and players that cause the frustration in the first place?

So I guess I'm asking, since Riot seems to love trolls and encourage troll behavior, how do you all control yourselves from losing your temper? I love playing Leauge but I only have a little bit of time in the day to play. I've had multiple games in a row, full of trolls or garbage players who just simply refused to listen to advice. I play league to have fun, but if I'm stuck with a troll for 30 minutes and have no means of escape and can't do anything but just accept this a$$hole's behavior, I just feel helpless and get pissed off.

Ok so doing something that isn't meta is trolling? Got it. You do no have to vent your anger on the others in your game, that's your fault you got punished properly. With the lee sin i don't know if you reported him but if you did and actually put down the right reasons i doubt he would have gotten out scotch free without a 14 day ban. Every time i see something like this they say the refuse to take my advice and that advice usually turns out to be "STOP FEEDING FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT, UNINSTALL THE GAME AND KYS" so i never believe that your advice was good in anyway. The right way to deal with these people is mute and then report after the game, there is nothing else you can do about it. In every game there will always be people who troll, flame, are bad, ect. there is no getting away from it you just have to control yourself.

The Lux thing isn't necessarily trolling. It could simply be off meta, especially if the adc bought a gold gen item.

The Lee Sin you simply mute and report after the game. Most likely he would be issued a 14 day ban or perm if he has been punished previously.

Otherwise, you are in control of your actions. Riot doesn't encourage trolls, but it is harder to detect gameplay trolls.

I think there's a fine line between what people refer to as troll builds and intentional feeding. I feel like most people look at troll builds as 2 key things: something off meta and something that isn't winning us a game. With league being a complex game, I think there's a lot of factors that can win a game, and different builds can and do play a role in evolving the game, stretching your abilities, and at times, making it more enjoyable. I know it's frustrating when a game isn't going exactly as you planned it, but I don't think troll builders should be punished. Would I want them on my team? Sure, but I'd want to know so our team can better plan around it.

Things that aren't gonna help win? Harassing others in game. That primarily won't make them play better, and reduces beneficial communication with the rest of your team.
