Looking for a league team

To put simply I have been playing league of legends for a few years now. I main ADC/Support. I would prefer to master the support role. I am looking for a group of players who want to help me learn more about the game and improve while focusing on comps/team-tactics that you really can't get into as far in solo/duo.

I was gold 3 last season. Currently Silver 2. What is a good way to find a group of active players?
