The same or lesser value

if someone has an old skin they don't want maybe have a thing for putting it in and getting out one of equal value. So if you have an ugly old skin you got back in whatever year you can just roll it into a random skin of equal or lesser value. This way you can keep doing this till you have one yu want but you cannot do this to get rare or higher value skins.
