How do you click on stealth champs?

is there a way to reveal a stealth champ so you can click on them? I need to be able to reveal vayne so i can auto attack her and not just die with no ability to fight back..

True sight. I think the red trinket reveals their silhouette. So you can't click them but you can't attack them with your skillshots.

but what about champs that dont have skill shots? what they just have to die because they cant spam a skillshot and there is zero actual counter play?

Nature of LoL man... If your champion doesn't do it, you can't really do it.

The only real options are item 3074 item 3068 item 3030 item 3152 item 3025 and let's be honest here, none of those are gonna matter all that much.

But there also aren't many champions without skill shots, so at least there's that.

what the hell are you fighting? most champions can't re-enter stealth after they attacked. the only one I can think of would be vayne, when she rolls with her ult, but that thing has a cooldown, so attack her in between...?
