No idea why they buffing Lee Sin, his damage is totally ok, I can't complain about damage, in first look I thought they only buffing HP, that looked OK, but when came to damage CMON RIOT.
Same situation for Evelynn why they buffing damage, buff hp regen or smth...
Where are people finding these buffs? I don't see it in the patch or pbe
