Actually her leg is fine, im sure shes not comfortable, but you can in fact bend your leg that way without damage, but it is one of the LEAST comfortable ways to bend your leg.

People have been asking this for 3 years, doubt they will bother.
Seen plenty of folks (mostly women for what its worth) that can bend their ankles that far. Its called flexibility.
