I think it's really weird that they even made Kayle and Morg champie icons knowing they were going to change their looks soon anyway tho, and it actually made me wonder whether or not Eve's would be based on pre rework.

How misinformed can you be? Aatrox got all of his abilities changed and they mentioned they aren't changing very much of her kit. It should end up looking like an Ezreal rework(just one ability reworked) or slightly more. Aatrox got more gameplay changes, is not even the same champ in that regard on any level whatsoever, and got relatively significant visual changes. Kayle's visual changes are not here yet, but speculation could indeed indicate she's getting changed more or less than Aatrox visually only...but that's just speculation.

He kept aspects of his kit such as the Revive Passive and on-hit Healing. Riot however said his was much smaller than what things like Kayle will be.
