Should be fine if you're not playing a tank/bruiser.
I hope yasuo gets removed from s9 and if yasuo gets removed adcs can finaly have nice things
I feel like this keystone was by far the biggest reason the game became much worse and the most common complaints started to rise: Too much damage, Everyone has true damage, armor means nothing, Tanks are useless.
