seriously the one assassin that face-rolls the hardest that has taken least skill since every rework gets a buff that he dosent need at all. what balance team is this?

He's not terrible but isn't nearly as good as other junglers (graves, kindred, trundle).
Hairy30002 votesRengar is a very powerful early game champion but was lacking the tools needed to stay competative with how much other early game junglers can gank. This buff is extremely nice as it doesnt increase his damage and allows him to take control a bit better.
