Don't make me lose LP for having a trol/afk please

hi, I've played this game since early beta and i loved it for all this years, but I'm slowly losing all my interest in the game and i thought about an improvement that wouldn't harm the game and a lot of people i think would be thankful to see them.

Firstly, afks, im currently plat2 and gold1 in my active accounts and usually if i play 3 games each day, at least one i have an afk, why couldn't we have a remake/surrender vote when we have an afk at 20min or something? we wouldn't lose Lp and the afk could lose extra Lp for leaving, because honestly, i play to have fun, and when their team just destroys me because we have one less player, i feel i'm wasting my time playing that game and honestly i would like to just leave the game and start another one because for some people 30min lost isn't a lot, but my schedule is tight and i like to spend my free time enjoying league not getting mad for having to waste 30min because of 1 player.

This other point is more controversial, trols, we all experienced trols at least once, there are two types of trols for me, trols that destroy enemies and laugh at them (They win games i'm not mad at those) and the trols that just like to annoy teammates and make us lose. Personally, i'm really tired of having someone banning the champ i'm selecting in champ select, having a support autofilled that instead of asking for another lane just instalocks, people picking weird champs in ranked games like tryndamere ap mid. what i though is, riot could make a public announce of what is considered "trolling" or bad behavior, and make a list of examples of what people do that isn't permitted (picking anivia or trundle to just use the wall/pillar to kill people teammates, locking into another lane without asking, jg "taxing" the first lane at lvl1 because they got mad at the adc, etc etc) and when people did one of those and gets reported by at least 3 teammates (they can have a premade trolling too) they could get a warning, second time they do it, ban them, just punish them harder than what you are already doing, because i sometimes remember names in my ranked game and i get the same toxic trolls every week (sometimes in the enemy team thankfully) and they do the same they don't learn, be more serious punishing that riot please, because the trolls will continue playing, but people like me won't because of them
