Does RIOT know who are they BANNING and why?

My only hope is that someone in riot that can actually do something to solve this, reads this post.

Hello friends, i've been playing this game since the EU Beta test, and i enjoyed every single game won or lost, i met some incredible people playing this game and not so good people too. Yesterday, i started to think about quitting the game, i got a chat restriction for flamming, and I'm not saying i deserve it, i knew i was going to get the restriction for sure, but i find greatly unfair, that i have to play most of games with a player that when i ask him in a nice way to please focus on farming to catch up into the game, or just to avoid fighting a fed enemy because it's impossible that they kill that enemy after dying 3, 4, or 5 times or sometimes even more, they insult me and say they don't care. It's my own fault i fall into the baits of a player that might got angry for having a bad game, or a bad day, am i supposed to just mute him and watch him constantly jump on the enemies? that's how i have spend 20 or 30min of my free time? sometimes even more if i suffer this in more than one game the same day. What i would like to know is if Riot tries to analyze what happened in that game or just sees what i wrote after i got angry at that teammate, because for having a teammate that made my in-game experience i have to receive a message saying "you are among the 5% of bad behavior players" good job Riot, not only i had to waste 30min of my time with people laughing at me because they were feeding on purpose and i couldn't stop them or surrender, but also i had to get labeled as a toxic player after being a nice guy and trying to help teammates that were having bad games, i got the restriction after getting a few of this players in the same day.

I tried being a nice guy and even got my honorable player ribbon in my EU account a few years back, but now, you punish people that try to be nice and let free the real toxic players i'm not going to continue like this, see you around.... i guess....

feel free to insult me, call me a liar or anything you guys want, i'm not looking for support, i'm looking for a changes.

It is the latter.

It may sound unfair at first, but Riot holds you as a player completely responsible for your actions. Yes, it sucks to have a troll or a flamer on your team. Unfortunately, once the game is in progress, there's nothing anyone can really do to make them stop -- but you can always decide to mute them, ignore them, focus on something else, curse and scream at your computer, or do anything other than engage with them through chat or through in-game actions designed to punish or troll them back.

Since that choice is entirely under your control, Riot does punish you if your choice is against community standards, even if you feel it is "justified" due to the provocation you received. To Riot there is NO justification for mistreating another player.

Any community is a microcosm of the real world. There are worthless people out there and people you try to help/teach that wont listen. Just the way it is. Ignore/mute them and move on. It doesn't matter what they did or said. You are responsible for what you do and say. If it's against the Code, their are punishments.
