Solving AFK Problem

i've been playing league of legends since the beta in EU, and i'm veeery tired of AFKs (mostly because my last 5 games got an AFK in my team xD) i just though what if there is a queue that allows you enter in a game that just started and got an AFK? This could be useful at least for normals, when i go normals i have AFKs frequently and is almost impossible to win if the other team play together.

i just leave here this idea i don't know if someone else suggested this, sorry if i had any grammar mistakes (is not my language xD)

Me too english is not my language :D but i can assure you that i posted a suggestion for afks. It's a kind of surrender vote that can only be used when an allied is afk (disconnected). it won't help for raging kids in fountain but should help with the others.
