Client bug resettted my pre-made runepages/bugsplat/ and resetted my level back to 1

i was in pre-made rank when i notice all my runepage customizations disappeared

then the game gave me ghost + heal

then i tried creating a new runepage, it said error

this is purely unacceptable and should not be happening in rank games, please fix asap!
