Why New Darkharvest is actually Free Electrocute for these Champions

its very unhealthy. old darkharvest was wayyy better, atleast u had to farm minions and champs to get stacks and HAVE a timelimit, this extra thunderlords is some bullshit on these champs if facing them

why?

bc it now procs on abilities, not just basic attack
