If only we had a pre-season patch...

I just see alot of bugs, complaints, balance problems, and overall a ton of issues with the game. It's almost like we had this cool thing called pre-season (dare i say that word) If only we had a pre-season patch...right? Ya know? Like every other season to fix the game and all its current issues. A LOT of things could've been tested and fixed by now. But nah not this year.
