NERF GLACIAL AUGMENT

Please nerf this crap, someone always finds a way to destroy this hell hole of a meta, and glacial augment DOES WAY TOO MUCH SLOWING. You get slowed so much you get taken out of them game. I wouldnt even say its a slow, might as well catergorize it as a stun because I've yet to have a game where it doesnt screw me over less than a stun...Want a free win?
