We need more diversity in ad assassins

So let's try to help yi accomodate that role, to be more competitive with zed and talon. I think we should give him a 1 second stun on the second hit of his passive , that was he is a more significant backline threat without having to snowball massively just to be a problem and he could be picked, where better kits like talon or zed might be picked, because the yi would have a splitpush threat, hard to 1v1 with a permastun (in a 1v1 environment) and all that. There would actually bea reason to pick him! thoughts?
