So she should be stickier when she gets there. I reccomend adding a 3 second decaying slow 95% to 10% and a 3 second silence to her passive that refreshes it's duration (Not stacks) so that she is stickier to help her mid and late game

She should also start the game with the ability to fully build a full item of her choice to...
