The boards are getting deleted, I always hated them and wish the forums never went away, but does this mean that there is no way to interact with Riot anymore?
The customer support seems to be more and more volunteers just giving out information and not actual help.
So riot releases eternals, everyone fucking hates it, and now they're deleting boards and there is no way to talk to riot and/or get information about these shit%%%%ingfuck bugs like eternals on death recap not disappearing.
"everyone fucking hates it,": source? Have you personally talked with dozens of millions of players recently? Eternals in death cap is not a bug.
For constructive feedback (and not the sterile uninformed whining that is probably another reason to close the Boards) , a bunch of Rioters have already announced they will try and find ways via their Twitter account. Reddit and Discord are not disappearing. Quick Gameplay Thoughts are moving to dev nexus posts.
Also remember that even well written feedback may not represent the statistical truth of what is best for millions of players. It is impossible to please 100 per cent of the player base for each modification. Of course, players who dont care or enjoy the change dont really post on Boards.
Also remember that Riot can create gigantic surveys anytime anywhere in client or via mailing list.
Player Support is not designed to collect feedback, its designed to assist players who have issues. You can report bug via the client in the bottom right corner.
If you hated boards, then go to that circlejerk on reddit. And take your buddies too.
