New Shen is an absolutely garbage bag full of shit to play. What the fuck happened?

Help a Shen player. So... he doesn't regen anymore. He has no ranged attacks. The passive is on CD. W doesn't activate until the blade finally reaches him.

How the fuck do you play new Shen? Pure melee. Kinda. So you need attack speed, ap, ad, health, armor, mr, and CDR. Which do you stack first? And which is the most important. Does the enemy team see the tether? Does the blade move speed ever increase? Why are there so many better tanks to play? What possible reason is there to ever play Shen over any other tank ever in the game ever?

Also, why the fuck was Shen so absurdly buttfucked into an entirely new champion?

New shen is amazingly strong still. I don't know how to describe it exactly but he's really hard engage.

don't play him top. he is HORRIBLE top lane play him support or jungle (I reccomend support)
take Q first and place in where they can walk into it. The enemy can't see the tether, always build tank especially if you play support shen you have no use for damage. and you play him (well I play him) because his taunts can secure kills like god. In my opinion the only better bot lane tank other than shen is leona and thresh. and his sword never increases speed.

It's all about timing really knowing when to engage with your E. and in a risky situation that you need to save an ally or yourself there's always your beautiful Q-W combo

The moment when I flash+E on a noob and then i do nothing for 1-2 sec because of the retarded delay on Q tilts me so hard that i want to throw my pc out the window . Worst rework ever :( rip Shen
